This is just a reminder that our cable contract with Spectrum/Charter Communications ends on 09/02/24 and the association is not planning to extend it.

Aquaman Leak Detection arrived at the pool this Tuesday morning (Jun 11) around 11:15 and commenced a leak detection inspection.  Upon initial inspection it was determined that there is a break in the skimmer drain pipe at the shallow end with water continuously flowing.  This is where the pavers fell into a hole.  We will need to have that pipe fixed and if there remains water loss, Aquaman will come back out to determine if there is anything additional that needs to be done. Aquaman warranties their inspection for 60 days so any follow-up will need to be done within that time and will be at no additional cost.  We are expecting a repair estimate from them within the next 48 hours which will then be shared with the board.

Once the repairs are completed on the pool, we will need to have a paver company come back and set the pavers before the pool can be reopened.
